Implementation of a training course for trainers for the Horizons Forum team and civil society organizations

Implementation of a workshop to prepare trainers for the Forum team and civil society organizations on climate change and climate justice. During the workshop, ten male and female trainers were prepared on climate change and confronting its effects. The aim of the workshop is to train ten male and female trainers who have received the training of trainers. In order to enhance their capacity to train many women in local communities within the scope and place of work of their organizations. These trainers have the means through the training projects implemented by their organizations to reach many women in local communities; and through the training, the trainers have the ability to raise the awareness of many women about climate change and its effects, as well as the importance of disseminating and developing innovative solutions to mitigate these effects.  Date: March 2024
