Awareness workshop on Resolution 1325 on the occasion of International Women's Day

Together We Rise Foundation, in partnership with Wujoud Foundation for Human Security, implemented an awareness workshop to raise awareness of the content of Resolution 1325; During the workshop, the objectives of the resolution and its importance in promoting gender justice and enhancing the role of women in promoting peace and security were discussed. Detailed information was provided about the constraints and challenges facing the implementation of the resolution and highlighting the practical steps that can be taken to achieve it. The workshop targeted 30 women from Abyan Governorate (activists, various sectors, and housewives)  Date: March 2024
